After 18 years of hand-scooping cookie dough with ice scream scoops, we determined that with two locations coming soon, it was time to invest in some help. All of our recipes are made from scratch, but this nifty little machine does all the scooping for us! Kevin, who is operating the machine, is one of our newest team members, hired specifically to help us manage the volume of two shops.
